The Training and Placement Cell at J.N.N Institute of Engineering is led by Dr.K Barathi, B.E., M.Tech., Ph.D., and plays a vital role in shaping the careers of our students. The department maintains strong industry linkages with reputed organizations across the country to facilitate campus recruitment drives and career opportunities for final-year students.
To bridge the gap between academia and industry, the department ensures that students are regularly sent for in-plant training and industrial internships, allowing them to gain practical exposure and enhance their technical competencies.
The cell also organizes industrial visits to renowned companies, helping students understand real-world engineering practices and operations. In addition to technical training, emphasis is placed on soft skill development, including communication, teamwork, and leadership, through a series of structured training programs.
Furthermore, personalized career counseling is provided to final-year students to guide them on options for higher education, project guidance from industries, and career planning aligned with their aspirations.
