The VMware IT Academy at J.N.N will train students on Data Center Virtualisation and provide the participants with a fundamental understanding of VMware’s Data Center Virtualization products.

The course also takes the participants through the components and features of vSphere 6.0, and shows how the vSphere 6.0 product line helps resolve business and IT challenges commonly faced by organisations. The course will start by providing an overview of Data Center Virtualization with VMware vSphere, its components, capabilities, and benefits. The course then will introduce the components of vSphere that accomplish Data Center Virtualization. Finally, introduces how vSphere 6.0 products help resolve common data center challenges.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants should be able to:

• Define and describe the need for Data Center Virtualization.

• Provide an overview of the features of vSphere 6

• Provide an overview of the challenges that vSphere is intended to resolve

• Define how VMware’s products help solve business and technical challenges with regard to Data Center Virtualisation.
